Clean spacious room

Stayed one night before departure. Clean spacious room. Hosts are very nice. Dropped me off at airport. Showet has warm water.

A bit difficult to find. Reached the property at 1am. Needed to walk down a straight alleyway ~150m) with quite a few barking dogs. Not pleasant as a single traveler.

Good place close to the airport

The family was too nice, very good people. Good room, enough place. Good breakfast, they can take you to the airport for a small fee.

The shower pressure was really bad, but it was common in all the Philippines, we just stay one night, so was ok

Very friendly hosts!

Very friendly hosts! They gave us a ride to airport and made a very nice breakfast. The accommodation is located near some nice restaurants, as the center of PP has not much to offer.

The running water was cut of in whole Puerto Princesa for a whole day, so we couldn't take a shower after our morning run. The hosts did make sure that the water tank was connected so we could at least flush the toilet.

What was the highlight of Butterfly Totem Guesthouse

We loved the serenity!

It was in the heart of a beautiful village and a 15 min walk to center and malls. The roads are safe and nice to walk to and from the center. The place is clean and May is such a dear lady. The breakfast was good and overall we were happy we chose this place to stay in. The village was the best thing we saw in Puerto Princesa so calm and so local and safe :)

The water isn’t running well but we managed our showers pretty good it wasn’t much of a problem. Water and electric cuts are still a norm of these islands, one has to be happy and enjoy to make the most of it. The staff helps out with everything anyway.

Lovely stay

We stopped here on our way to the airport for a night, and the stay was comfortable and regenerating. The senior owners waited us awake until late at night to let us in, since we were coming from a long travel. The team is so friendly and kind, and compared to many other places we’ve been in the north of Palawan, we can say that the price is also very fair for a double room with air condition and breakfast included. We also really liked the neighborhood, with a lot of nature and cheap but very tasty local restaurants, the closest beach in the morning isn’t that nice but I loved the mangrovia forest!

Good location for the airport and nearby...

Good location for the airport and nearby restaurants/attractions. Staff let me leave my luggage when my flight was delayed.

When I arrived, the told me they were fully booked and would have to send me to another accommodation, despite having me having made the reservation on Booking.com months ago. They agreed to “find” me a room when I made a bit of a fuss. Room was old fashioned, sheets were threadbare in parts and the bathroom needed a good clean.

Good place before the flight. As cozy as grandma's.

It's very nice and kind mistress, she get up at 5 a.m just for give us some breakfast before we go to the airport, because of the early flight. Clean rooms, have air-con and it's have a small table with chairs outside of each room. You even can buy some water or snacks on the reception. Also have so funny parrot which can say "hi" and dance.

The owner was very very accommodating.

The owner was very very accommodating. We had to check out at around 4am but she still prepared our breakfast and arranged our transportation.

The beddings were showing signs of age.
